- Prices in US Dolar. Your order will be submitted upon receipt of PO and payment.
- Payment: Cash, Checks, Wire Transfers or Chase quickpay. We do NOT accept credit cards over the phone for equipment or out of state orders. - A 3% fee will be charged for credit card payments of merchandise on sale. - International Transactions under $1000USD are subject to a $25USD transaction fee. - Exempt of FL sales tax if delivered outside state, or Resale Certificate is submitted. - Delivery/Shipping is NOT included unless specified in your invoice; we may arrange shipping/freight-forwarding through an agent upon request. - Remittance of purchase order or payment implies that you have read and agreed to this terms. - The warranty of all of the goods we sell is limited to the one offered by the manufacturer, please refer to manuals and spec sheets for manufacturer's Terms and Conditions. - Shipping, delivery or freight forwarding fees are not included unless specified on your invoice or proforma. |
- Estimates are valid for 10 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise stated above.
- Payment Schedule: 60% Upon acceptance, 30% Upon delivery and final 10% Upon completion. - Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Sorry, we currently don't accept AMEX. - NO returns on special orders, carburetor, electrical parts or equipment. - Sales subject to Florida Sales Tax unless Exemption Certificate is presented or if shipped out of state. - Unless specified in your contract, shipping, local delivery, permitting, surveys, elevation certificate or county fees are NOT included in this quote. If permit fees charged by the municipality exceed the amount provided for in this quote or in the unforeseen event that any additional work is required by inspectors or to complete the installation, customer understands this fees will be additional and billed accordingly. - If bricks, pavers, sod or similar landscaping features need to be removed for this installation, the removal and reinstallation of such is not included in this estimate and will need to be arranged and paid for the customer. - AAA Generator & Lawn Inc. and its subcontractors are not responsible for landscaping or any unmarked underground lines. - All merchandise mentioned herein remains property of AAA Generator & Lawn until final payment has been received. A lien release will be issued upon completion. - Estimated cost of subcontracted labor, if any, is provided under this estimate as a courtesy to customer and only includes labor/materials specified above. AAA Generator & Lawn Inc. is solely liable for the scope of work provided by us. Customer understands that every subcontractor is individually liable for the scope of work provided. - Remittance of deposit/payment/purchase order towards this quote implies that customer understands and agrees to this terms of sale. Once accepted, quote becomes a legal binding contract to perform the aforementioned service/sale. - All merchandise mentioned herein remains property of AAA Generator & Lawn until final payment has been received. A lien release will be issued upon final payment is received. |
